This beach home is spacious, comfortable and full of special little touches. We had a party of 15 and it easily accommodated everyone from 3-70 y/o. The kitchen is well stocked, has 2 stoves and 3 refrigerators plus one outside. The 2 kid bedrooms were next to each other allowing rooms for each boys and girls with a bathroom next to them. Our favorite features were the view and proximity to the beach. The hot tub was an added bonus. We highly recommend this property!

This is our family’s second year coming to Galveston for my niece and nephew’s spring break. This property is where we will want to stay for all future trips. It was exactly how the listing described, the kitchen is fully equipped, plenty of beach towels and beach toys for everyone! There is plenty of space to spread out and the common areas are perfect for everyone to spend time together. The hot tub was the icing on the cake!

House was beautiful! It was clean, beautifully decorated, gorgeous views! It has a huge deck with plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy the view. It is a great location if you want to be out of the crowds. It is a bit of a drive to the Strand district but there’s plenty of places to go close by. The house is showing it’s age a bit. There’s some soft/uneven spots in the floor on the main level. We would definitely stay again!

We had 14 adults, ages 19-69. Everyone had a great time. The location is super, the beach was perfect and the weather was great. I could sit on the balcony forever. What was nice too was the views from the living area, the kitchen and multiple bedrooms. We look forward to returning.

This is probably the best house we have stayed in so far in Galveston and we've gone on Labor Day weekend the last 10 years. The beds were comfortable. The living area was great for the number of people. The deck had lots of seating. The kitchen was well stocked for all our cooking needs. We cook every meal when we stay places and it had everything we needed!! Also, the walk to the beach was just a few steps. Great place to stay for a family trip!!

We loved the location, the house is beautiful and has great views. The only problems we had with the house was that the door to the room with the queen bed was hard to open and would scrape the floor to open or close it, thereby waking whoever wanted to sleep in. The other problem was the room with the King bed and the master bath with the spa tub, the a/c would not cool the room, we had to place a fan at the bedroom door to pull in cool air from the gathering room, thereby making it NOT private! Other than these minor problems we loved the property! I am very concerned about the floor, there is a serious problem and I am afraid if its not fixed soon someone is going to get hurt! I think I would need to know that that problem had been resolved before I considered coming back there next year! We loved that there were beach chairs and beach toys provided for us, I think it would be helpful to add that to the website so others don't have to pack as much!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in this house. It was well equipped, including beach towels for the whole group. The view was wonderful and the deck was great. Our only concern was with the wooden wall-over. It is in need of repair, especially the planks at both ends. They are rotted and falling apart and it made going down to the beach a little difficult. We hope the owners will take care of it as soon as they can. Otherwise, we appreciated the care and thoughtfulness given to the house itself.

You can’t beat the size of the house and beach access for a trip with combined families. Everyone slept comfortably and had access to a bathroom close by. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. It could use some lights at the stove and maybe some new hinges for drawers and cabinets in the kitchen. It was a little irritating to have neighbors use the private walk over to the beach when we paid a higher price to rent a house with direct beach access. Otherwise the stay was great and we would definitely rent this house again! Contact with the manager was fantastic - quick responses and super helpful.

Nice property. 18 steps to get into house and more to get to 2nd floor bedroom, no rail to get up to second floor. Beautiful view. Lots of parking for our four vehicles. Very responsive on hot tub temperature. Enjoyed it very much. Very conservative on one roll TP per bathroom.

Such a wonderful place to stay with our group of 15! Perfect spot. Wonderful beach access. The deck was a favorite spot for all in the evening! Only issue was the room with the larger bunk bed, that bed was quite flimsy and the slats kept falling out. We had to secure it each night.

Enjoyed the view from the living area and 3 bedrooms. Also enjoyed the open space for dining, playing games or just sitting around visiting with family. The deck was perfect too! So close to the beach, very nice to just have a quick walk over the steps! House was clean and well kept!
