This property benefits of a ground floor super-king bedroom that can also be made up as a twin room, with a bathroom located across the hallway. The ground floor also boasts a utility room with separate entrance making it ideal for furry friends with mucky paws. Upstairs on the first floor you will find a further three luxurious bedrooms, all with comfortable beds, quality linens and each with a spacious en-suite.
The fully enclosed secluded garden at the rear of the property has been beautifully landscaped with trees and flower beds and offers plenty of seating so that you can enjoy the outdoor space to the full. The whole property provides a stunning, peaceful place away from the hustle and bustle of the town, yet is only a short walk from fantastic restaurants, pubs and cafes. Little Fig is also located within easy reach of local sports facilities such as the Aldeburgh Tennis Club and Aldeburgh Golf Club,and has some of the most beautiful walks along the River Alde directly from its door step.
