It's a beautiful home base for outdoor enthusiasts, with your own private hot tub welcoming you home from your daily excursions.
This condo sits on the first floor of Dover Bay Resort, in a building it shares with only three other condos. On the grounds, you'll be a matter of steps from a 274-slip marina, a market, a cafe, a waterfront park, picnic areas, nine miles of walking and biking paths, and wooded nature trails along shoreline inlets and nature preserves. The location is ideal, less than four miles from picturesque downtown Sandpoint and Sandpoint City Beach, and only 13 miles from skiing, hiking, mountain biking, and other year-round adventures at Schweitzer.
Step inside to find a living space of understated luxury, from the state-of-the-art GE appliances in the open kitchen to the richly hued wood finishes throughout. After a day of activity, indulge in a soothing soak in the hot tub on the patio or curl up by the gas fireplace to watch a movie on the new 55-inch LG smart TV.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
