It is part of the Colony II Golf community which offers fantastic on-site amenities like indoor and outdoor pools, an indoor hot tub, a BBQ area with charcoal grills, outdoor showers, and a fitness center.
This community enjoys a wonderful location near many golf courses and must-visit attractions, including Sunset Beach Town Park, Sunset Beach Fishing Pier, Sunset Beach Seashore, The Swamp Park - Zip Line and ATV Center, Cherry Grove Fishing Pier, The Bird Island Coastal Reserve, Tidewater Golf Club, McLean Park, and Vereen Gardens. Neighboring Myrtle Beach is also within quick driving distance!
As you enter this family-friendly retreat, you will discover a bright open floor plan with casual coastal decor. Relax in the inviting living area after a refreshing splash in the community pools and stream a favorite show on the smart TV with streaming services and a DVD player. Additional TVs are available in each of the bedrooms. The living room opens onto a covered balcony with seating where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening beverage with beautiful views of the pool and courtyard. The kitchen has been appointed with all the essentials to prepare tasty homemade meals, including a cute coffee corner with Keurig and drip coffee makers, and a crockpot and toaster. Additional perks include a washer/dryer, one set of golf clubs, two beach umbrellas, four beach chairs, two folding chairs, hair dryers, an iron, and an ironing board.
