About this apartment rental

Welcome to our beautiful and newly renovated apartment with spacious bathroom and private entrance. Look forward to an upscale equipment with fitted kitchen, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine, kettle and microwave. Nothing is left to be desired here. The comfortable double bed and a pull-out sofa bed offer space for 3-4 people. We are happy to provide a travel cot, high chair and a children's bathtub for our younger guests. Fast Wi-Fi, a large TV and games for young and old are available to guests free of charge. The hit for the kids is the play corridor with children's area and climbing frame. Lego and Disney's paperback books ensure that there is never a dull moment. Our trampoline is waiting outside and our dwarf rabbits are happy to be stroked. Our outdoor pool with a great snack bar is just a 3-minute walk away. Please note that the shown heated pool and the terrace is only available under request and for a fee to be discusses directly with the host.
Our apartment is heated with underfloor heating by means of an environmentally friendly geothermal heat pump. Bed linen and towels as well as all utilities are included in the price. Washing machine and dryer as well as electric shutters and insect screens on the windows and the real wood kitchen offer you a high level of comfort.
You and your children will feel at home with us. As we live on a cul-de-sac, there is no through traffic. It is wonderfully quiet here. The adjoining small sports field offers every opportunity to let off steam, such as playing soccer, basketball and table tennis. Our garden with swing, sandpit and slide can be used for playing and relaxing. Garden furniture and barbecue are at your disposal. A parking lot directly in front of the house and for motorcyclists parking space in the garage is available. Grünhainichen is known for its wooden art stores such as Wendt and Kühn. The newly opened forest labyrinth is a magnet for visitors. The forest can be reached in 5 minutes.
