About this cottage rental
Enjoy a relaxing, quiet stay in historic Braden Castle. The cottage has a lovely river view from the front patio (patio chairs, table and propane fire table are provided). Inside you'll find a charming 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage which has 1920s charm with modern updates. The bathroom has been recently renovated. Washer, dryer, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, instant pot, air fryer and Sodastream are provided. The master bedroom has a queen bed with brand new Eurotop mattress and 55" Roku TV. The second bedroom features a twin-over-double bunk bed with 24" TV. The living room has a ornamental (non-functioning) fireplace with a 32" Roku TV. Wi-Fi is provided throughout.
The park fishing pier is accessible and two streets over from our cottage. Stunning, pristine gulf beaches are 30-40 minutes away. The new Bradenton Riverwalk promenade is a short trip away and features a walking & biking path along the Manatee River.
Two bikes are provided for your enjoyment. We also have two inflatable kayaks which can be taken on the river (stair access to the river is a short 200 foot walk from the house). A propane grill is also available.
One member of your party must be 55 or over to rent the cottage due to Braden Park rules. A background check is required per Braden Park rules. The cottage has a driveway for parking one vehicle (vehicle must not be oversized, and must be shorter than 18 feet to ensure safe parking and avoid blocking the street).
