This townhouse was clean and had everything we could have expected and more. So close to the dock, unloading and loading was a breeze. Jenny was great, met us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the island and amenities. Also met us on checkout day to help load for the ferry. The included golf carts were perfect for getting around the island quickly. We would definitely stay here again. 10 STARS

We had a wonderful time here. We brought our fishing boat so having the dock right there was awesome. The house had everything we needed. Kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, bowls, & cooking utensils. We had brought our own spices, but we didn’t even use them. Great supply of spices & seasonings. The bedrooms were beautiful and spacious. The whole house was beautifully decorated. Communication was amazing! The owner and manager were both so nice and easy to talk to. I accidentally left a couple books on the nightstand and the manager mailed them to me. 😀We loved this home and we will definitely come back.

What's not to like about North Captiva! Things to consider: location, water access, how the house is stocked, price. We loved staying in this condo, it had everything that we needed. The view from Safety Harbor has more of an island feel than some of the other properties. Having access to a boat slip is a plus, played a factor in our decision. Jenny (property mgr) was awesome, she was in constant communication w us & met us at the island loading dock. They helped us unload and haul of stuff from the boat to the condo. We had a wonderful stay!!! Recommendations to the owner: replace upstairs ceiling fan (loud/squeaky), improve internet. We had rain on Sat and couldn't get out on the water as much as we'd like. Guys were disappointed, hard to find college football on TV due to options.

This is the second time we have stayed - and it was great and the staff were above and beyond supportive and attentive. The location is overlooking the harbor and the included golf cart makes all amenities within a 5 minute drive. For my money it can't be beat.

Owner, the best! Always available asap for questions. Beautiful, fun island decor! Everything one might need on a vacation from home. Went beyond what was anticipated. Felt pampered. Hard to go back home!!

We had a perfect getaway to North Captiva Island! This was our families first trip to the island and we were a little anxious about the logistics. Julie and Jenny eased our mind right away. The townhouse was adorable. Absolutely loved the decor - it felt like home for a week. Location is perfect. Steps away from the harbor and ferry drop off and less than 5 minute golf cart ride to the beach. The property manager Julie was amazing. She handled all the check in and check out and getting our stuff from the ferry to the house and she gave us a short little tour of the island when we arrived. We had brought our boat and my husband had issues with it when going across and she and Gage helped get him and our son over to the island. We were so appreciative! The sunsets on the island are breathtaking! Every night was slightly different. We even took a sunset swim one night. Julie had so many amenities that we didn't have to worry about bringing as we would for a normal beach trip which worked perfectly for our group. The trip was perfect family trip to celebrate a couple of our recent high school graduates.

We absolutely loved our stay in North Captiva at this property! Jenny, the property manager was very informative, helpful, and very quick to respond. She was a pleasure to meet! Julie, the owner, went above and beyond by giving us a call to give us a heads up with a little construction going on during our stay. The place was perfect for our girls trip. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! We can’t wait to visit again!

I cannot say enough good about our experience on N. Captiva and in this property. From the very beginning upon booking up until our trip I was able to communicate directly with the owner regarding questions about the island and home. It was our first time in N Captiva and the logistics were new to me. Julie told me everything I needed to know to have a seamless trip to and from the island. Jenny, our property manager, went out of her way to accommodate us with last minute changes to our arrival and even received groceries on our behalf a day early and put them away for us. She answered all of our questions throughout our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. The house had everything we needed to enjoy the beach and pool. cannot recommend this property enough. N Captiva is a truly special place and my family can’t wait to return annually for years to come.

We had a great time. The view from the lanai is fantastic. We took advantage of the bikes and paddle board. North Captiva is a great place for families.

We enjoyed staying in this town home. The property manager Jenny was awesome and very helpful. Was willing to take texts with various questions and even brought some tennis balls over when we could find only one. The property was as described and very clean on arrival. Minor cosmetic issues but overall its condition was a 4.5 or 5. I gave an overall of 4 because we were told on arrival to not put the thermostat below 70 or the lines would freeze up. I don't blame the manager for this because I'm sure she was simply repeating what the owners told her. However, I would say that if you cannot put the thermostat below 70, the freon is most likely low and the unit should be serviced. Until it is serviced there should be a disclosure in the description of the unit in case you like to sleep in cooler temps (like we do). Not a huge deal for our stay because it was cool at night but would have liked to see this disclosure in case it was warmer. Otherwise, excellent stay at a very nice, conveniently located property. Great property manager! Golf cart was a major plus!
