The Old Factory House is a duplex apartment spanning the first and second floors. It offers three second-floor bedrooms: one double and two twins. The second-floor bathroom features a freestanding bath, and walk-in shower. On the first floor, you'll find a cloakroom with a basin and WC, kitchen/diner, a separate dining room, and a sitting room. The apartment has gas central heating, an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. Entertainment options include a Smart TV, WiFi, and a selection of books and games. Fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included, and a highchair is available. Public parking nearby. Outside, there is a rear courtyard with furniture. Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed. A shop, pub, and the River Tweed are just 0.1 miles away. Note: There are non-slip steps to enter the property, uneven floors due to its age, single-glazed sash windows, and some noise from the restaurant below may be heard. Choose The Old Factory House.
