About this house rental
New Construction 5 Bedroom + Bunk Room, 5.5 Bath Home. This gorgeous property has a private pool, screen porch, and deck. A wonderful vacation rental to create lasting memories. You will be one of the first to rent this property. The location can't be beat! An easy walk to the Lake House, Equestrian Center and Racquet Center. Hop on you bike or a quick car trip two miles down the road and you are at Seabrook Island's 4 miles of private beach! Here you will also find the Island House with 2 Championship Golf Courses, the Seabrook Island Beach Club and its 2 ocean front pools, along with Captain Sam's poolside bar & grill, Pelican's Nest ocean-side dining and the Osprey Cafe for ice cream, salads and breakfast.
Prior to entering this wonderful home you will notice the expansive front porch. This is a great spot for a morning cup of coffee and watching the deer nibble in the front yard. Once inside you will be surrounded by coastal elegance: wide planked wood flooring, ship-lapped fireplace wall, large ceiling fans and an open floor plan. The great room has an oversized sectional sofa to sink into! Doorwalls off the great room lead out to the deck and private pool. The dining area sits between the great room and gourmet kitchen. The dining table seats 6 and additional counter seating is at the kitchen island. Sliding doors off the dining room lead out to the covered back porch. You will find plenty of work space in the kitchen. Notice the quartz topped island and counters, custom cabinets, and tiled backsplash. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a 6 burner gas cooktop and range, and a pasta faucet for those large pots. On the first floor there is a powder bath off the entry and a laundry room with a full size washer & dryer.
Head out to the fabulous deck and pool area (pool measures 18' x 12'). Gather under the covered porch and watch the games on the wall mounted Smart TV. The fireplace is decorative, only. The pool deck has chaises for sunning. Splash and float all day in the home's private pool. You have a private back yard shaded by majestic Live Oak trees. There is a gas grill for your convenience.
There are 5 bedrooms plus a bunk room in the house. The primary bedroom en-suite is on the first floor. This space is the perfect spot to end each day. There is a comfortable king bed, wall mounted TV and large walk-in closet. The bath has a "spaessence" to it. Two separate vanity/sink areas and large walk-in tiled shower with multiple shower heads. There is a second bedroom on the first floor which can also double as a den. This bedroom sits off the entry and has a day bed with trundle and Smart TV.
Ascend the large staircase to the second floor where you will find 4 bedrooms all with private baths and a bunk room for the kids! Three guest bedrooms have King beds, and the fourth guest room has two double beds. All of the bedrooms have Smart TVs. The bunk room has two built-in bunks with twins over full beds.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 5 GATE PASSES TOTAL (including LSV)
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

We had a great time and this house was perfect. Plenty of room. We barely left the house it was so enjoyable. The house was beautiful, clean, and roomy. The neighborhood was perfect and offered many amenities.
