This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single family home with a 2-car garage. The entire house is 1610 sqft.
**Floor Plan**
• Main Floor: 2 living rooms w/smart TV, kitchen, dining area. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bath. 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a bathroom in the hallway, access to the garage and backyard.
**Home Highlights**
• Spacious two bedrooms each with a queen bed. Primary bedroom has ensuite bath.
• Private backyard with outdoor furniture (not fully fenced)
• 2-car parking garage available for use with ample additional parking on the driveway as well as the street.
• Kitchen is stocked with a full range of kitchen appliances, cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, coffee & tea
• All beds are outfitted with high-quality mattresses, linens, and a comfortable duvet
• Onsite washer and dryer for your laundry needs
• No AC but we provide portable fans and it usually doesn't get hot
**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
**About Fees & Pricing**
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
• Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome at $50 per pet (dogs only). Please let us know if you’ll be bringing your pet and how many. Pet fee is not included in the VRBO total and is processed after reservation is confirmed.
**House Rules**
• This is a pet friendly home, kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
