About this apartment rental
Welcome to our stunning beach penthouse with free parking! This luxurious 4-bedroom retreat features an open-plan kitchen and living space, perfect for socialising and relaxation. With 3 modern bathrooms and multiple balconies, you'll have plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the views.
The penthouse is less than 5 minutes walk from Sangate-Hythe Seafront Promenade and the area itself has plenty to do including local restaurants, pubs, family amusements, cafes on the beach and more.
Upon entering the property, you'll find a large open-plan living space to your left. This area features a 74-inch TV and cosy wood log fire, perfect for relaxing evenings.
The spacious layout includes a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen, making it an ideal spot for everyone to socialise.
From this room you can enjoy breathtaking sea views throughout the space and direct access to the balcony. This area of the penthouse is designed to provide a comfortable, enjoyable and forgettable stay for all our guests.
On the same level, you will find the master suite, featuring a king-size bed and a futon.
This room boasts beautiful high ceilings and a minimalistic, classic style with select artwork and furniture. Additionally it also offers that spectacular sea view.
The master suite includes a large en-suite bathroom, featuring a spacious shower, more storage, a sink and toilet. The en-suite is freshly tiled and tastefully decorated, providing a luxurious and comfortable space.
Next to the master suite is the second bedroom, featuring the second king size bed. This unique round/oval-shaped room offers a window to provide again that stunning view of the sea.
From this room you have a Jack & Jill bathroom meaning it is shared with the third bedroom however access from both sides and you have the advantage to shut/lock the doors either side for privacy. This bathroom is the second in the property and also features a shower, toilet and sink area.
The third bedroom can be reached via the Jack & Jill bathroom or via the hallway. In the third bedroom you have a single bed set up however it can be made into a double should you wish.
Ascending to the first floor via a slight spiral staircase, you'll find the fourth bedroom and direct access to a very large terrace area. The fourth bedroom is simplistic with a few pieces of artwork and features two single beds that can be pushed together if preferred, along with its own en-suite bathroom featuring a newly decorated shower room.
For those needing to work while away, there's also a small desk in the room.
Out via the sliding doors from the bedroom you will find the expansive terrace area which boasts luxurious seating perfect for lounging or entertaining, all while enjoying a breathtaking sea view.
