About this house rental

Nestled between Te Mata Peak and the Karamu Stream, you will find this modern three-bedroom home, with the comforts of home, right on “The Village Edge”.
The Village Edge is only 1.5km from Havelock North Village, an easy 20-minute walk or 2 minute drive.

The Village Edge is an Edge above the rest, while being close to the Havelock North village it is also just far enough out to enjoy the tranquillity of the rural landscape.

The open-plan living space is made up of a fully equipped kitchen with a stone breakfast bar, a sunny little nook to sit and relax in, and a spacious lounge with a rural outlook. This all opens out onto the generous deck, spanning the length of the north-facing side of the home.

The Village Edge has everything you might need while away on holiday. The home is fully equipped with high quality furnishings and fittings. There is 1 x king size bed, 1 x queen size bed, 1x single bed tiled bathroom with heated floor, walk in shower (two heads), two toilets and separate laundry, smart TV, Wifi, fridge, tea & coffee, microwave, toaster, oven, induction cook top and dish draws.
There are also two air-conditioning units for ideal temperature control throughout the home. A hidden office space for those needing to logon and work remotely. A double carport, plus an abundance of flat grass next to the drive for boats, trailers, carvans, kicking a ball etc.
All linen included. A portacot and linen can be provided on request. Along with a high chair and toys.

Your first morning breakfast is provided, including muesli, milk, and bread, so you can relax and not have to go out. Tea and coffee are also provided.

The Village Edge is a 25-minute drive from Napier airport. Stunning beaches and famous wineries within a 25-minute drive. For the nature lovers, or those looking for a rewarding trek: Te Mata Peak, redwood forests, and multiple walking trails are also right on your doorstep!

“The Village Edge” is located on the street front side of the larger property. We’ll be down the driveway, some 25+ meters away.

We are a busy family household with four enthusiastic outdoor kids. While Village Edge is a separate home away from the main house, it is not separately fenced and while we’ll endeavour to keep our distance, our children (9 and under) may come close to the home from time to time. If you have children that are interested in joining in with ours, let’s chat!
