Pineapple’s Restaurant is a phenomenal place to eat - both the food and service! We had a Beachfront King room and thus, we had a fabulous view. The Spa and excursions were excellent as well 😊
The Internet connection was slow at times, especially in the evenings.

Great location (with a car) and very nice new building. Staff super friendly and helpful, plus complimentary coffee and tea!

Gorgeous resort and very good food. I liked that it was also so close to the airport and close to supermarkets and other restaurants.
It was pretty expensive, though the entire island is very expensive.

Convenient location
That there was no TV

4.5
Location and nice beach with all water activities available right from the resort dock
Lack of Beach front room privacy. Ground level beach front rooms have public loungers literally at your bedroom window

Incredibly beautiful tropical resort. Staff was efficient, friendly, and very helpful. They took care of returning our golf cart and provided complimentary shuttle to nearby airport. Ramon's is, hands down, thee place to stay in SanPedro!!

The property is very nice and well kept. The staff was friendly and always with a smile.
The beach is not clear water and really not for swimming. No alcohol served, only beer and wine.

We were there for almost 6 nights- not one person used pool because it was not heated.
There was no hot tub either. If the pool was heated or there was a hot tub it would have been nice. Especially when people came back from diving.
There were bugs dropping from ceiling in the rooms with thatched roofs.

perfect location, could not be better.
only gripe was mosquitoes but welcome to Belize.
4.5
the restaurant is good but over priced
we booked by pic a place by the beach, and actually our rooms were at the other side of the street.

excellent settling and fab for children

Ramon's Village was a beautiful paradise on San Pedro. The beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, water was warm, and wifi all worked. The beach was arguably the best option on San Pedro, and swimming options were both from the dock and from the beach. We enjoyed all activities as well!
While very delicious, the cost of meals was a bit overpriced/more than we had expected to spend.

Hotel is right next to the beach and we had lovely excursions during our stay, where we saw the turtles, fish and many sharks.
We were expecting so much from the hotel given the price that we paid and we were quite disappointed by some of the staff that was not very welcoming or helpful. When we asked them which restaurant they would recommend nearby they said 'just ours' which 1. is uncalled for 2. we had already gone to and was actually not great for the price that we paid. This is one example but we have several like these. Some staff though were lovely but the ones that weren't remains the memory we have of our stay which is a massive shame as we went there for our honeymoon.

Beautiful beachside hotel, friendly staff, good food and great dive centre
Can't think of anything

The garden and the swimming pool are nice
The bungalows 'palapas' are quite smelly (probably due to the material used to make the roof), and quite dark
There is no complimentary bottles of water in the room (it is standard in other hotels of this category)
The AC is really noisy and should probably be changed
Employees are not very professional (chilling or looking at their iphones,...). No one available to help you get your luggages to your room
Not the peaceful place expected - you can hear the very road right at the back of the hotel as well as the planes (airport is right next to Ramon's resort...)
Photos from the beach are clearly not accurate (old ones) - there are some ugly pipes in the water right in front of the hotel to avoid having too much sargasses reaching the beach
I would clearly not recommend this hotel which is way too expensive for the prestations offered. There are many other hotels a lot nicer for half the prices.
Unfortunately, it is clearly the worst hotel we had during our 3 weeks trip in Yucatan

The staff were very helpful and courteous at all times and it is in a fabulous location.
There was very little choice on the menu in the dinning room if you do not like sea food.

staff are all very helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable.
There are very limited alcohol options on site. Not very many vegetarian friendly options at the restaurant.
