15mins drive to Geelong CBD / Waterfront/ Deakin University (Waurn Ponds Campus),
30 mins drive to Torquay Beach/Anglesea,
1 hr. drive to Melbourne.

Own bedroom and a living room upstairs.
Your living room has a comfortable couch and a TV. Also, a balcony near the living room has sensational views and it's a perfect spot to relax after a busy day or whenever you need it. (Free Wi-Fi, internet details will be provided on your arrival).
Your own bathroom & a toilet located near your bedroom.
The house has a hydronic heating system. Heating wall panels in each room - self regulated. So, you will be warm enough in cold seasons.
Kitchen and dinning areas are shared with Host and Host's family.
Shared outdoor area, including pergola and a fire-pit also can be used during your stay.
Host and host's family not interrupting guests during their stay and most of the time they might not being even home.
