The staff were wonderful and accommodating. They let us borrow the beach umbrella and also use the bikes to get around.

Can’t go wrong for the price. Main drawback is parking. The recommended paid parking lot is far from the hotel.

Fabulous place to stay. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Close to the beach. Close to the restaurants. Close to the action. Loved walking home from dinner past the piazza hearing the music and seeing people dancing.

This is probably the best property we have stayed at in sicily. The room was very newly decorated it had great beds and excellent shower. The owners are very friendly. They have beach towels, umbrellas, push bikes all for free. Breakfast is great. You pre order the night before and its served in there courtyard.

This was one of my favorite hotels in Sicily. The hotel is clean, excellent location to the beach and wonderful service and staff. The breakfast is amazing. Highly recommend the pistachio croissant.

Great modern hotel near the beach! The staff are all friendly and helpful. Lots of free parking space towards the right of the hotel. Food and drinks all within walkable distance. Well the town is small, so everything is walkable. The room is clean. Huge toilet. There is a lounge on the rooftop and I love the fact that I can dry my wet clothes from the beach on a drying rack there too!

Stayed at this hotel last week for four nights and would highly recommend it! Staff are so friendly and helpful, rooms very comfortable and spotless as all of the hotel. Great breakfast, lovely roof terrace, beside the beach. Lovely touches like hotel bikes for guest use and beach towels and sun umbrellas. Thanks Vincenzo and team.

We loved this hotel. We were welcomed by Vincenzo with a welcome drink and lot s of information on the local restaurants. The room was very comfortable and spotless. We had a room on the ground floor with a small courtyard where you can sit or hang wet beach clothes. There is also a mini bat in the room and a safe. There are free bikes to use and beach towels and umberellas. The breakfast was good. Fruit, croissant, sandwiches. The beach is two minutes walk away and when we returned our room had bee cleaned to a very high standard. The rain shower is awesome. We would recommend to anyone for a short stay here. The restaurants and within hours a few minuets walk.

Let me get the one complaint out of the way: Hotel Perla Gaia has rooms without windows We got one. It was not our choice, but we were told that when we booked "Economy" we were told that the room had no windows. We were not. That said, the host/proprietor, Vincenzo, is a delight, and did everything he could do to make us comfortable, and in the end, we were. Perla Gaia is pretty much on the beach, and that's why you went to San Vito lo Capo. right? They have bikes, towels and arrangements with many services in the town, and they all worked. The restaurant recommendations were excellent. The parking is a bit of a walk and it is not free, but there's a deal there too. The breakfast was the usual Sicilian breakfast, meaning, lots of excellent food, enough to sustain us until lunch, which is eaten late. And the beach...well, I am not a beach person and I LOVED THIS BEACH. The sand is silky, the water, refreshing and the views are mesmerizing. San Vito is a very well-appointed beach town, with many fine restaurants that serve Sicilian food and also couscous, a regional specialty. Fresh fish is of course the thing to have, and it's all delicious. I am a nervous cyclist, but even I was comfortable on the streets of San Vito. Our first floor room was quiet and the A/C and WiFi worked fine. The room could have used more surfaces, particularly in the bathroom, but overall, we enjoyed our stay at Perla Gaia very much. Did I mention it's practically on the beach?

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Everyone cared about our opinion. 1 block to beach and main square. Take their restaurant suggestions, especially Taverna Paradiso.

The Hotel is about 2 minutes walk to the beach and 7 minutes to the town centre.
We arrived from Palermo and rented a car.
The facilities at the hotel are excellent: very clean room, breakfast facility is available and excellent
We were offered beach towels and umbrellas as well as bikes to explore the town.
The staff at La Perla Faia are extremely friendly and helpful.
They assisted us with every query we had and also best local local places for activities and entertainments
I'll definitely go back to this hotel when in San Vito Lo Capo and 100% recommend this Hotel to everyone planning to visit San Vito Lo Capo.
San Vito lo capo is a beautiful small town in the Trapani district of Palermo
It offers great escape to mount etna and erice.
Also well preserved small towns and beaches which is so picturesque and so beautiful it will blow your mind away.
I recommend everyone to visit it any time.

The hotel felt like a modern hostel. While the staff did their best to accommodate us there were times when the language barrier was a problem and we were provided the wrong information.
While I appreciate that it is a family run business the children meant that there were times that you could not open your door or window during a nap due to noise.
If your aim is just to have a clean bed and shower then this will suffice but there were no places to sit and relax and also no view. There may have once been a sea view but that is no a building site.
