About this apartment rental

Welcome to this spacious home, recently renovated, with a modern touch, exterior and very sunny on both sides, which will make your stay in Zumaia wonderful. A balcony and a terrace with table and chairs to enjoy lunch or a breakfast is, without a doubt, something desirable while on vacation. But, if we add to this the fact that it has a parking lot in a large underground garage, that it has a closed room where you can leave your surfboard or bicycle and that it is located in a quiet neighborhood with a supermarket, the tourism office, cafes... just a few steps from the house, makes Aita Mari an ideal home to enjoy a well-deserved vacation.

Zumaia has two beaches, the closest one is Santiago, which in less than 10 minutes walking along the mouth of the Urola River and the marshes is a pleasant walk. The other beach is Itzurun, near the center of the town, which can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot, from where you can access the well-known Flysch that you can see from the San Telmo hermitage that watches over the beach and the aforementioned cliffs. In addition, Aita Mari is located in a strategic location for the mobility of the territory in terms of transportation, since the bus stop is nearby, as is the train station that connects Bilbao with San Sebastian. So, moving to towns or cities, without worrying about the issue of parking, will be something you will be able to do thanks to the good frequency of public transport.
The DEPOSIT will be charged before arrival, through electronic payments, in which the credit card will be essential.

The house has capacity for 6 people that are distributed in 3 bedrooms, all exterior, two bathrooms, a balcony and a terrace accessed from the rooms, which makes them spaces with many hours of natural light and with walls of white tones that give it a lot of luminosity. Two of the rooms have 1.50m double beds, and in one of them there is air conditioning. The other room has two 0.90m single beds, and all rooms have a 32-inch TV. The house has a renovated and fully equipped kitchen with all kinds of new appliances, and a spacious living room with a space that simulates a leather bar counter in the American style of the 70s, with a large Smart TV to enjoy and/or rest quietly. There are 2 full bathrooms with large showers and stalls in two windows that face the outside but protected from the rain. All kinds of amenities to enjoy your stay in Zumaia.
