Welcome to Nature's Landing, one of Cedar Key's finest condos, offering breathtaking views of the bay, a communal pool, and a balcony for every unit. The Little Blue Heron is one of the best units with an updated kitchen, beautiful decor and thoughtful touches throughout.
Nature's Landing Unit C101: the Little Blue Heron
This beautifully decorated two-bedroom, two-bath condo is designed for comfort and relaxation in style.
Interior Features:
~Bedrooms: 2 queen beds, flat-screen TVs in each room, and ample storage.
~Living Area: High-speed internet, flat-screen TV with HD, comfortable seating, and a large balcony with a swinging chair. This area also has a queen sofa bed.
~Kitchen: Fully stocked and updated, perfect for easy meal preparation.
~Additional Amenities: Stacking washer and dryer, fresh towels, and linens.
~Pet-Friendly: Bring your furry friend along for a non-refundable fee per stay.

-Please be respectful of the neighbors and the area you are staying
-Do not trespass on other people's property, this includes docks and driveways
-Please be careful where you park, don't block people in, use neighbors property, park on the sidewalk or impede traffic
-Parties and/or events are not allowed
-No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke
-Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal
-$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit
-Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom
-Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance
-Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.
-Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
-Please do your dishes.
-No illegal substances allowed on premises.
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years old or active military.
- ESA and service animals require documentation and adherence to our policies.
- Do not set the AC below 72° or heat above 78°.
