The Space:
The Pagosa resort has a modern log cabin nestled in the lush backdrop of of Pagosa Springs. Come relax in your 2 bedroom 2 bath lockoff condo that's 1548 sq ft (Teal Landing)! The cozy master bedroom has a king bed, and attached en suite with large jetted tub (varies). In the second bedroom there is a king bed too. The two living rooms have queen sofa sleepers with a cozy stone fireplace (some). On the balcony/patio you can enjoy the beautiful trees and natural forest backdrop with your guests. This condo can accommodate up to 8 guests!  A full kitchen and a dinning room, allows you the option to prepare your own meals and enjoy the convenience of dining in. It also includes a washer and dryer in-unit. With all the necessary amenities, and so much fun to have within the resort or the mountains, you're sure to make beautiful memories!

The Rec Center will be closed Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Additionally, it will be closing early on New Year's Eve.

Any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations may result in additional fines and penalties, including but not limited to the right to remove you and your guests from the resort premises without a refund.

Daily housekeeping is available at an additional charges.

No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. The entire balance (100%) will be forfeited.
