About this villa rental
Charming and comfortable villa with garden and large outdoor spaces overlooking the sea, in the area of Punta Lada, in Porto Rotondo.
Villa Ippocampo is located in a very quiet and private residential setting and boasts a large irregularly shaped garden surrounding the property, composed mainly of Mediterranean bush plants. In this context, the villa spreads over two levels: ground floor and basement accessible by an internal and an external staircase. The entrance to the villa opens onto a very attractive squared courtyard composed of a central part decorated with plants and the surrounding area furnished with tables and chairs. From here, guests will be able to access different areas: a space with a barbecue and wood-burning oven, the living area on the ground floor, the panoramic terrace, and the basement that accommodates the sleeping area.
The living area features an open space characterized by large windows overlooking the terrace and offering a suggestive view of the sea and the island of Mortorio, furnished with sofas, a dining area and access to the independent kitchen equipped with everything necessary for the preparation of delicious meals. An additional dining room completes the ground floor.
The lower floor features the sleeping area and includes seven bedrooms, three with a queen-size bed and four with two twin beds each. A second kitchen with a dining area, a laundry room complete with washing machine, iron and dryer, and five bathrooms (some with shower and others with bathtub) complete the layout.
The highlight of the villa is the beautiful and large panoramic terrace overlooking the Gulf of Marinella, furnished with a large dining table and benches, and several lounging areas with sofas and armchairs.

Gem of the region of Gallura, Porto Rotondo is considered one of the most beautiful places in Sardinia and throughout Italy. Indeed, it is a holiday destination of celebrities who stay in the accommodations built around the village, dating back to 1964, in an area that extends from the Gulf of Cugnana to that of Marinella. The landmark is the well-equipped marina with 800 berths, although art and architecture have a fundamental importance as well for this town inspired by Venice, whose houses with flowered terraces overlook the charming alleys that lead to Piazzetta San Marco.
