Spread out on the main floor in the dining, living, and kitchen space. There is also a powder room located in the hall. There is plenty of sleeping space for everyone. Head upstairs to the 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on the 2nd floor (one of which is en-suite) and further up to the 3 bedrooms and 2 baths (one of which is en-suite) on the 3rd floor.
*Please note: Property does not have a washer/dryer. There is a private owner's suite in the locked-off basement that may be used periodically.

Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age. No smoking/no pets. Please respect the neighbors and neighborhood. No parties, events or smoking of any kind.
