Please note, this my family home in a residential building where we have nearby neighbours with small children. We would like to gently remind you that as per our House Rules, we observe a strict no-party policy. Gatherings, parties or social events are prohibited in our home and no noise after 10pm.

Should such events occur (or be reported during your stay), please note that you would be liable for any damages to the property and you might be subject to eviction, regardless of the check-out date, the moment any such activities are reported.

Our home is in a residential area and maintaining a positive relationship with our community is important to us, I hope you understand.

Guests have complete access to the entire property.

Other things to note
Our standard check in time is after 3pm. Check out is before 11am. If you wish to check in or check out outside these hours please let us know. This is subject to availability and a fee.

Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.

The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
