Spacious terrace with three separate accesses, a large private and versatile outdoor space; table for breakfast or lunch, armchairs, and deckchairs to enjoy outdoor relaxation.
Private parking: free parking space in a garage (paid parking nearby for an additional car).
Free self-check-in (you will receive all the information). We love animals but unfortunately, we are unable to host them in our apartment.
Bed linen, towels, slippers, and bathrobes are provided free of charge. Beach towels are not provided. In case of an extended stay, upon request, linen change and apartment cleaning are available for a fee. The apartment is equipped with cutlery, dishes, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, coffee machine and kettle, flat-screen TV with Swisscom TV and Netflix, as well as free Wi-Fi.
Quiet neighborhood, a few minutes' walk from the lakeside. You will be right in the center of Locarno. Restaurants, bars, tennis, minigolf, golf, parks: all within reach.
We are always available for more information and to make your stay enjoyable and memorable. You will be contacted before your arrival to explain the self-check-in procedures. We will strive to meet any guest requests.

The apartment enjoys a strategic position, just steps from Parco Bosco Isolino in a 30 km/h zone. All attractions in Locarno are within a few minutes' walk, while the area remains peaceful. 5 minutes to the lakefront - port; 9 minutes to Piazza Grande (Locarno Film Festival, Moon & Stars); 11 minutes to Lido di Locarno (lake, pools, SPA, gym); 17 minutes to Parco delle Camelie; 15 minutes to Falconeria di Locarno; 8 minutes to Locarno Casino; 13 minutes to the train station; 9 minutes to the boat landing; 9 minutes to Castello and Visconti museum, and many others.
