The staff were so helpful and friendly
The hotel was located in an area that had multiple establishments for selling sexual services - “a red light district”!
We stay here as a family so the location was not ideal for us.

Velike ciste sobe, dobra lokacija, svega 15 min peske od Akropolja i centra. Preporuka

Polite staff, spacious room
A bit noisy on the street side room
9.0
The staff were very helpful, courteous and always ready to go out of their way to assist us. The room and bathroom was very spacious and clean. Ample parking space was a bonus.
Since we had to pay upfront, our account was “closed” and so we couldn’t charge anything to the room as it had to be settled immediately

The view of the Acropolis
Very bad breakfast, noise at night with music and traffic

It was very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful

It was a good place, easy to go to attractions. And good safety at the front door.
My room was next to a school or a gym. So there are noises in the morning and at night

Location is good, it's close to the main attractions. Breakfast is good.
Facilities are old. The room facing the main street is very noisy. Separate bed for child is not guranteed.

All the staff I met were very nice, friendly and helpful.
The room I stayed in ( number 605) was "hypo- allergenic": it had no carpets or heavy drapes. This is good for people with allergy against dust-mites, or allergy to seafood, or allergy to feathers. It also had an attached balcony. The bathroom had a shower at floor level, thus did not require climbing over any hindrance. I found the mattress and pillows very comfortable.
The lift is small. Inside it is not clearly marked, which button to press for the lobby/exit.

the staff were amazing - all around and the breakfast delicious
the gym was really pretty awful. I did not want to work out in there as there was not much space and I felt claustrophobic and the equipment was very limited
The hotel overall rated so high other than this - but exercise is super important to me so I was disappointed. they really should improve the fitness area if they are going to state that they have one

The lobby is really nice and is probably the only section in the hotel that has been renovated. Breakfast is decent with a large variety of meals.
Rooms would definitely require renovation. The bathroom is old and shower is soaking everywhere despite the basic repair the hotel setup in every bathroom. AC is a big mess, my room was blocked at 28C while temp outside was 13C. Staff didn't really adress my complaints at first and it took them 2 days to give me another room. Minibar prices are just outrageous (5€ for a soda can) and quality of restaurant is just so so.
7.0
It was convenient location for my meeting. Polite staff. Nice entering hall. And, anyhow - I like Greece!
Not convenient area if you wish to explore Athens. Hotel is on street with 4+4 traffic lines, and not easy to walk around. The part of city with a lot of night clubs.
In addition, in my room I had bed smell all the time. My colleague has every day somebody knocking on the room door.

central location and very friendly stuff. check in was easy and very professional. the lobby looks nice and modern. rooms have a good size, bathroom is very large. free parking was a huge plus for us.
located between two strip clubs and on a highway. rooms are ok but you can see the signs of time here and there. we had a room above the ventilation, which was noisy, when the window was open. quality of the coffee could be improved.

I prefer the Breakfast to contain more options
