I really hope Expedia will reconsider representing this facility. The owner of the "Guest House" is never there and does not provide ANY of the items listed on the Expedia website
-there is no hot water.
-bad odor coming from the toilet.
-old stained bedding
-no toiletries (we were provided with one soap bar for two weeks stay)
-no daily cleaning (he did not do ANY cleaning of the room during our 2 weeks stay, did not even remove the garbage. We collected our garbage in our own bags on the small balcony as there was no place to remove it to)
-he did not replace our towels. We had to ask other guest for support in getting in touch with him in order to receive clean towels and toilet paper) and during 2 weeks he replace our towels 3 times.
-the room was very cold at night and the owner did not provide us with additional blankets.
I inquire about bedding change after one week and offered to wash it in my own time using my own detergent. All I asked is to be able to use his washing machine. I was told that the charge will be $4.00 for washing and drying! At that time we decided to leave the hotel and stay somewhere else.
When we came back at the end of our paid stay to gather the rest of our belongings the garbage was still there. No one entered the room to do ANYTHING.
Thankfully we speak enough Spanish to communicate as the owner does not speak ANY English..
Please stay AWAY form the hotels that do not allow cancellation. We can provide pictures upon request.

We arrived at 8am, and the hotel staff didn’t come to work until 11am. We sat on the front step waiting for HOURS. We think they were all hungover from a big festival the night before. When we did get checked in, they couldn’t find our hotels.com reservation. The showers are really bad, barely a trickle of water if you set it to “hot”, although they advertise hot showers... the good things are the room was very large, and the location is good for getting to the historic district, but I would not stay here again.
