The beds were too hard. Liked the breakfast buffet. Nice we could walk to Old Town

We booked a suite because the other rooms were booked - it was a great option with a balcony - and spacious, with bathtubs and 2 toilets. I recommend it if you plan to spend time in the room as well. Perfect towels and bathrobes. I also heard that the gym was ok good.
The location is the best and the customer service is attentive.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Good location between harbor and city center. Big and spacious rooms

Very convenient, nice location, and great room and lobby.

It was an easy 5 minute walk from the ferry. They checked me in a bit early and the room was large and comfortable. Nice view out the large windows. The bed and bedding are comfortable. My only complaint would be that the room was too warm and the climate control didn’t work. Guessing this is the transition time of year. The breakfast was delicious with huge numbers of choices. Pretty easy walk to old Tallinn which is why you are here, no? I walked 6 miles that day and unfortunately had to leave after a day but I’m surely going to return as the city aside from the old town area looks to be explored also.

a reasonable stay apart from a "rugby scrum" to get breakfast with so many visitors at the same time. Temporary (Students) staff need better training to cope with crowds.

Some problems bathroom

AC was not working. Staff said they would fix it, but nothing was done. We were traveling with our daughter (2yrs) and certainly expect such an issue to be resolved or to be given a new room, but they did not even get back to us. It was almost 30 degrees C outside, so you can imagine it was pretty hot/humid in the room, especially after taking a shower.

The room was spacious with a partial view of the water. No A/C in the room, so the first day was warm (Very unusual for Tallinn). Everything in the room worked. Big bathroom and big, walk in show.
Massive breakfast buffet. My wife and I each gained several pounds!! (ok, ok. Just me. Not my wife.)
15 minute walk to old town and next to the ferry port, so the location is good!

Convenient but very basic hotel, not exactly 4 stars. Good location near harbour and the old town. Breakfast was good but not excellent, rooms were clean but a bit out-of-date... I would have wanted to bathe in the sauna in the evening but it was open only 6.30-10 AM.
I was 8 months pregnant but no one at the reception asked if I wanted help with my luggage.

Always good value for money. Couple of little things, sink in bathroom badly cracked, biro/pencil in room would have been useful. Good breakfast, friendly staff

There were some silverfish in the bathroom but otherwise a comfortable room.

I like this property as it is close to excellent shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was excellent.
I used the fitness room and it was good for me.
The only thing I would like is more water pressure in the shower.

The hotel air conditioning was broken while we stayed in Hestia Hotel Europa during June heat wave. During the night, the temperature at the room stayed above 30C, so hardly any sleep. After two nights with no sleep and no fix for the air conditioner, we were transfered to Hestia Hotel Seaport. Nothing good to say about that hotel, except air conditioning sort of worked.

The superior room with the balcony was great. Hotel is close to Nautica shopping center.
However, there was a lot of dust under the bed and on the floor. The bed was too hard for me.
3.0 / 5.0
The best thing about this hotel is its location, 5~10 min walk away to the port and tourist attraction, plus right across the street, there’s a big shopping mall. The room is also spacious.
But it also has a few problems with the room condition ! The drainage was poor that while a shower your feet are in not tidy water and on the tables and the beds you see dust. Cleaning seems not enough...

Room was big compared to other Nordic countries. Great view of harbour. Good breakfast spread. Stones throw from ferry terminal and a small shopping center nearby.
