This hotel is nice and the staff are very helpful and friendly! Very interesting and fun decor. Great coffee and a decent selection for breakfast. I would stay again.

Over all, my stay here was good. The property is well-kept, staffed 24 hours, clean, and in a prime location. The owners are also helpful to their guests, and answer any questions about places to visit, places to eat, and other questions you may have.
This stay would have been perfect except for two things. First, when I booked the room, the booking website said breakfast included. For the price I paid, I thought this would make it worth it. The overall cost was not exorbitant for a two week stay, but it was not a budget stay either. When I got there and paid, I learned after the fact that breakfast was not included, likely due to the pandemic. I'd have liked to know this beforehand (and likely would have still stayed there).
The second thing that seemed off was a bill I received at check out, for around five USD of food/drinks. The bill itself is not what bothered me, but again the lack of transparency.
Maybe I just flat-out missed something, but it wasn't clear to me from the hotel signage, the rules listed online, or in the room that food and beverage offered to guests by the host werr extra. I didn't request these, but was offered following throughout my stay: a breakfast pastry, a coffee, and cucumber water. It's not like it was alcohol or anything fancy that would prompt me to ask about a price. I realize this is a small issue, but I value knowing costs upfront, and knowing if an amenity or service is unavailable beforehand.

It’s really, really nice place, I think the hotel I liked the most in our whole Yucatán trip! With a lot of character, plants, very nice decoration. Also the family running the hotel is very, very helpful, told us very good places to eat, visit, change money, etc. And is very close to the center - 5-10 min walking. I really recommend this place!

They really make you feel like home and give personal recommendations about location and restaurant. I believe it's because of where I stay that made my Merida experience wonderful. Thank you all.
