This place was super simple but nice the location was great everything is close by if you rent a car. The owner doesn’t really speak English but he is the sweetest and he really does his best to accommodate you. He would randomly bring me figs wine and other snack. This is not the Hilton hotel they are apartments located in the hills with a beautiful view. I was rarely there I was usually out and about driving . I would definitely stay here again

Not sure what to say about this place. On arrival we had a nice welcome even a jug of local wine by the owner. We enjoyed the first day around the swimming pool with beautiful views. Lots of bars and restaurants to enjoy with short driving distance.
Back in the room for the night the air con wasn’t turned on and no internet password displayed at the property, not a big issue on the internet password because I could use my data for no extra cost. However it was a chilled night and not enough duvets cover. We were on holiday so expected everything to be working.
The next morning we had to bin some of our food because the fridge was so high that frozen everything off (e.g eggs, salads, milk and juice). We checked the fridge again and there was no controls to workout the temperature.
No hot water because the system is powered by solar panels and there wasn’t enough sun or boiler wasn’t insulated properly. We spoke to the owner about the hot water and nothing was done. To get worse the shower head was broken and it was almost like dancing in the raining. Again spoke to the owner about shower head and we got an answer that on next day it was going to be fixed. The fixing never got done.
We decided to drive to Bosnia for a long day out and on our return we were cooking our tea and then the power went off, we contacted hotels.com because it was late. Power got back on and then off again. At that point we decided to leave, we lost all our food over night, no power. Disappointing

To the person in charge:
My 6 weeks trip around the Balkans was to do a research. I was so busy until now that I am back home that I had no time to tell you about my desappointment for being deceived with Klis Apartments in internet. The place was so terrible I could only stay a night (7 hours) until the sun came out. I tried to cancel the second night and get back the money already paid, but I was insulted on the taxi drivers phone by someone representing the apartments in Dubronik. The information and pictures in internet have nothing to do with reality. I never saw the sea because I arrived in the middle of the night and there was nothing to see except for blackness.
The apartments are announced in Dubronik. Well, they are about 4 towns away. Let me make a summary of this scam:
1- The place is not in Duvronik, but 4 or 5 towns away (around 50 kilometers).
2- The only way to get there at night is a taxi. It cost me over $30.00.
3- There WAS NOT INTERNET. How can a journalist be in a remote place without internet? Who rents a place nowadays without internet? But, IT WAS announced. The owner admitted the place was too far from the city (civilization) to get the internet signal. I got all kind of passwords (and tried for hours). That is all the tenants can get.
4- There was no television. So, a journalist with no news or communication.
5- At the time I got there it was pure darkness. No place to go to eat; no food, no stores. I went to bed with a cookie I ha

The hotel itself isn’t relatively close to a town or beach. There is only 1 restaurant within close walking distance although the bus stop is close. This property isn’t suitable for elderly unless you have a car, the driveway and stairs are very steep
The apartment themselves aren’t in the best shape, the mattress and pillows were very worn out and need repair.
Pool is very small and can be crowded
Family who run the property are nice although they speak similar English so it’s hard to communicate

This place was great ! Out of town (but easily accessible by bus/taxi).The place is older but is still very nice for the price. The owner was so nice. Great wine ! Pool is nice and the view is amazing ! Great vacation.

The apartment was not as expected and lacked a tv, toaster, grill, oven and basic utensils and mugs. For example there was 1 mug and there were three of us staying. It was very basic. The location was beautiful and the pool was nice though a bit small. The gentleman who greeted us was kind as he gave us drinks and took us to a local supermarket which was really helpful.

Lovely apartment but quite remote. A good 2.5k to nearest shop and beaches are further than guide says. If walking routes to beaches are sign posted but down steep narrow paths. Only milni beach has cafes etc not soline. We ended up getting buses back from supermarket. If you are not planning to hire a car be prepared for lots of walking. Also nearest restaurant is a km away. If you want to avoid main road you can go via a back road, follow the sign for soline and follow road round back up to main road. Main road has parts that do not have any pavements. We loved the swimming pool and the apartments and made use of the brick bbq and wood provided. Patio area outside apartments are lovely. Would recommend the boat taxi to dubrovnik old town from milni

We booked this apartment because of the outdoor photos (showing the pool overlooking the sea), the reviews saying how friendly the owners were, the affordable price for a 2-bedroom apartment, and the parking. We found that the views really were gorgeous. We only met one of the owners - he was very friendly but we could barely communicate (despite the fact that we speak four European languages), so it was hard to get even simple questions answered. The apartment was spacious and met our needs - but the hot water was limited and intermittent, as was wifi, and one of the showers (we had two) never had hot water at all. All of that said, we would be giving this a higher rating if not for the location -- at the top of a very steep hill. The walk down to the road is fine - about 5 minutes down some stairs. Once you get to the road, though, it's hard to walk anywhere. The road is the coastal highway, with cars whipping by and limited visibility. We did walk about 10 minutes to a lovely restaurant - but we did so nervously given the danger. We heard that we could walk to the beach by going down another 10 minutes of stairs but did not have a chance to try it. The return, uphill slog would be tough in the hot summer sun. It's a short drive to the nearby beach at Mlini but it's hard to find parking there. We had hoped to park our car and enjoy the beach on foot...but that was not realistic.

This place would be great if you had a car, it's not too far away from civilisation but far enough away for it to be peaceful. HOWEVER when I went I didn't have a car, on the description it stated it was in Mlini, we looked up the place and it looked lovely, booked and then when we arrived we found that it was in the village Soline. Not where we thought it was going to be, it was only the village across from it but was a 20 minute walk either downhill or dramatically uphill. Again was okay, however we felt that once we had come back for the evening we would not want to leave and do that horrible hike again. Having said that the view is amazing, so would recommend this place if you have a car or love walking up steep hills!
