From beginning to end we have nothing but positive things to say about our stay. Our suite was spacious and met all of our needs for a two-week stay. Full kitchen, private washer & dryer, spacious living area separate from bedroom. Fully furnished and private terrace. Cleaning service was excellent. Other guests were pleasant and respectful. Highly recommend as a smart alternative to a hotel.

My family and I stayed here. The owner is extremely welcoming. Check in is at 2pm but our flight landed closer to 6pm. He was very understanding and was waiting for me and my boys to show us our suite. The suites themselves are extremely clean and far enough from the street that you will get a great nights sleep. We went during Guelaguetza season and we couldn't hear a thing. I also appreciate the owner helping my mother. She had a very bad fall and was unable to walk on her own. He was able to locate a wheelchair for her to use during our stay. The rooms are air conditioned and made for a comfortable stay during the heat.

Our stay was great and the hotel admin very accommodating. The convenience of a kitchenette with washer and dryer was great. Location was very good.

We had a four night stay in suite number 2. The pictures don’t do this place justice. It is an oasis of calm in the busy and historic centro area, with all the main attractions, dining, cafes and stores within a 15 min walk. Jesus the owner/manager of the property was super responsive and friendly. We were there during the Guelaguetza which was a visual and cultural treat. Highly recommended!

This is a very quiet place in a noisy city. It is safe an clean with a well stocked kitchen adequate for breakfast, lunch and snacks. The is a washing machine and dryer if needed. This is a much better option than a hotel I my opinion. Additionally they were very helpful in getting us a taxi to the airport at 4:00 for our return trip home. I would stay here again if I returned to Oaxaca.

We had a plane delay and arrived much later than expected. Jesus was wonderful- meeting us at the property late at night. We did not see him or anyone after that even though we were there for 5 nights. We did have an issue with communication that was probably my fault. He had been messaging me through Expedia and I hadn’t seen the messages. Other than that it was a great stay! The location was very convenient and a short walk to just about anywhere we were heading to in the city. The apartment was very nice and clean. We did not take advantage of the laundry facilities because of the water shortage but they were a great perk! Air conditioning in the bedroom made it comfortable for sleeping. The bed was huge - but a bit too firm for me. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it.

I loved this place, and Jesus is a wonderful property manager, so helpful to me when I had difficulties upon arrival, instantly available. The apartments are clean, surprisingly quiet - especially for an address on a busy street, so ideally located. I had everything I needed for a two-week stay. Having a kitchen and a washer/dryer were great, and I enjoyed having some meals at home and some out. I happened to be there during a period of unusual heat for la primavera (10 degrees above normal) and having air conditioning was a godsend for being able to sleep. (Might not have been necessary otherwise as it cools down quickly in the evenings.) Loved having my coffee on the terrace every morning, listening to the birds, and admiring the beautiful landscaping of the inner courtyard. It was peaceful, tranquil, very comfortable. And yet only a few minutes walk to all that Oaxaca offers in the way of cultural attractions, street life, mercados. I will most definitely return! Thank you, Jesus, for your hospitality and your kindness. Five stars PLUS!

This property is a true gem; - a colonial catalogued building kept in pristine condition. Very secure, quiet, and within walking distance to everything.
Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and include every amenity you might think of. Jesus, our host, was amazing. He ensured we had everything we needed throughout the stay.
Definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our three night stay in this property. The kitchen was small but perfect for what we needed. We loved the private outdoor seating area on the balcony. I think the only negative, is parking. You have to pay to park in a parking garage not affiliated with the hotel but right next to Suites La Fe. The parking garage is closed on Sunday so we had to make arrangements ahead of time for them to come open the gate so we could leave. They, the parking garage staff, were about 20 minutes late and we had to contact them again to come open the gate so we could leave. Not a huge deal, but worth noting. We will recommend this place and hope to stay again.

Nice residential place and located right in the Centro. The house itself is really nice, with all the amenities for vacation rental or shorter stay. AC in the bedroom was useful in hot August.

Suites La Fe was a very comfortable stay. The best part was the washer and dryer. We didn’t have to pack as much clothes and it was invaluable during our stay. We didn’t even use the dryer because it was so hot in Oaxaca that you would put out the clothes to line dry an hours later it would be ready. The Internet was really good. They were wonderful and communicative. It’s centrally located. Definitely will come back here for our next stay.
