We have 2 family rooms, one boast large wraps around sofa with a 90” full screen TV and electric fire place and the other with a beautiful sectional and breakfast nook just off the kitchen. We have not only kids, but plenty adult board games and card games.

Our spacious master chef kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare a gourmet meal. Convection Oven, Wine fridge, Lavazza Espresso machine, rice cooker, pressure cooker, crock pot, fondue and raclette machine, Ninja blender, chef knife set (very sharp!), beach /patio plastic glassware.

Master bedroom (1) with California King Sleep Number Elevation w/ Remote control and attached luxury bathroom. Bedroom (2) Queen Bed w/ cooling memory foam mattress, Bedroom (3) Queen Bed Elevation w/ remote control has an attached Jack and Jill bathroom with bedroom (2) , Bedroom (4) w/ Queen cooling memory foam mattress, Bedroom (5) w/ Queen Elevation bed w/ remote control and Bedroom (6) Twin bunk beds w/ memory foam mattress (adult weight rated). Please note bedrooms 4 and 5 are located across the courtyard where the pool is located in their own wing with a full bathroom. All bedrooms have luxury hotel sheets and year round duvets. Smart TVs in all rooms.

All bathrooms have been remodeled to enjoy all the new state of the art conveniences and include hair dryers, bathrobes in the master and travel sized shampoo, conditioner and soap.

We have two washer and dryers making laundry a breeze for your family and friends while staying. The set in the kitchen has a ventless dryer for small loads but across the courtyard we have a full laundry room.

7 Boogie Boards, 1 Skim Board, 1 Beginner Windsurf board and 1 Sail, 1 Wing Foil board and two wings, a Mountainboard for winging and to practice surfing on land we have 3 skateboards, 2 longboards and a short carver skateboard.
