About this apartment rental
In our sunlit room, you'll enjoy a classic bathroom with a charming, vintage look. The room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed with a regular mattress and two luxurious box-spring beds—ideal for families or friends wanting to relax together.
Start your day with a delightful breakfast or lunch at the cozy eatery down the street; there’s plenty of variety so you can enjoy something new every day. Something for everyone!
Our self-service accommodations do not have a reception, only security. Guests book and pay in advance online and contact the hosts beforehand for personal access. My co-hosts and I are available 24/7 for emergencies and are ready to answer all your questions. We are happy to provide tips on hotspots in Zoutelande, from nice restaurants to cozy bars.

Explore the enchanting hiking and cycling paths through the shady dunes—a delightful adventure for your whole family or friends. Bike rentals and supermarkets like Jumbo and Spar are nearby, as well as traditional beach pavilions. For a trendy beach experience, a 10-minute bike ride will take you to the hippest beach clubs.

You will receive access after completing the digital check-in form, so there’s no need to expect a reception or a waiting line. This information is required for municipal and mandatory registration for the tourist tax. It's a must-do. Please fill in the details immediately after booking. You will then receive the check-in instructions, including a walk-through video, well before your arrival.

- Authentic Zeeland room
-- Cozy Bed Options:** Luxurious box-spring bed that can be set up as singles or a Queen bed and a sofa bed with a regular mattress (80x200).
- Simple, standard bathroom with a spacious shower.
- The suite is located in a charming, authentic building—keep in mind, it's not new construction, so adjust your expectations accordingly.
- Outdoor seating: You can sit in the shared, very spacious courtyard with a covered area, for as long as you like.
Car
Parking in front of the door is possible (except on Tuesdays due to the market), but it is quite expensive. You can apply for a parking permit with us for cheaper parking a bit further away (while supplies last). On extremely hot Saturdays, the parking lot might be full, so we can’t guarantee a spot, but in 99% of cases, it works out just fine.
Feel free to ask about it—you’ll save some money for a delicious ice cream or mussel dinner.
There’s also a bus line running through the village.
There is a shed for bikes, strollers, and kites, etc.
- Historic building: Authentic wooden floors, so sometimes noise can be heard.
- Spacious shower: Large shower, the bathroom is a bit older but works perfectly.
- Visitors: Unregistered guests are not allowed; regular checks are conducted.
