You will have access to the entire apartment #1 of the two-family house, as well as the backyard where there is parking.
As part of living in an urban area in the largest district of Boston, people and buildings are more concentrated. You will see people from all walks of life and hear noises that are part of city living e.g. traffic sounds, occasional sirens from emergency vehicles, people on the streets, etc.

- No pet on the furniture/bed

- Dogs must be leashed
- Before you leave, please sweep any pet hair and dispose of waste in outside trash.
