The Palm features hotels, beaches, marinas, restaurants, retail outlets and many more. Thanks to the property location, the guests will have easy access to all major entertainment hubs, like the Aqua Venture Water Park, the Lost Chamber Aquarium, a wide array of 5-star dining options and nightclubs, as well as delicious street food on the Boardwalk. Our villa, aside from the private swimming pool, has its own private beach, as well as a spacious landscaped garden, barbecue, sunbeds, and even the swing!

Overlooking an Azure-blue beachfront across a two-floor layout, sits our fully furnished holiday villa. Boasting lovely elements of a resort-style getaway, this home is centered on providing for a monumental experience for guests across short-term and long-term stays in Dubai.
Starting from a master suite along with 4 guest bedrooms to a generously sized living area and maid's room, this home showcases the perfect fit for family staycations. Every corner of this home is equipped with the necessary utilities and household equipment that accommodates a hassle-free stay. Everyone from groups of friends to big families can have a wholesome time in the city.
A fully-equipped kitchen, providing a coffee machine, microwave, stovetop, refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher and all the kitchenware and cutlery. A garage space and outdoor parking area, for your parking requirement. Washing - machine is also available in the Villa.
With access to additional perks including direct beach access, a private pool and a backyard with plush landscaping. Also barbecue grille, an outdoor lounge set and a powder room this duplex holiday home, that is situated in one of the most exclusive villa communities in Dubai, boasting luxury and end-to-end comfort.

General Provisions
-The Company is allowed to ask the Guest to leave the property without any refund if the Guest does not respect these Terms & Conditions or the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
-The Villa is only to be used for residential purposes and cannot be used for Parties, events or any film shooting purposes.
-The Company operates a no smoking policy at the Property.
-The Guest shall refrain from committing any illegal activities or similar acts such as nuisance to the neighborhood that may lead to the police or other authority interference and shall take all precautions in all security and legal measurements.
-Cleaning is not included in the room rate provided for Villas, however it can be arranged with the additional cost.
-We do not allow pets in the Villa.
-Losing keys will incur a fee.
Please note the following:
-Full pre-payment required & booking will be non-refundable & not amendable.
-Security deposit of 10000 AED to be paid at the time of check in and will be refunded at the time of check out, if no damage.
-Visitors are allowed from 9am-10pm only after registration.
-All ids should be sent 1-2 day before Emirates ID ( front and back side ) or passport photo.
-Check-in time is 4 PM & check-out at 12 PM.
-The security deposit will be collected as a guarantee against return of the apartment in good condition or in case there is no property damage which can be payable by either cash or card. This will be returned within 7-14 days after the end of the booking period. The security deposit will cover any damages or stains found during the checkout inspection in the apartment and will not be refunded upon any signs of smoking inside the apartment.
