Summary:
Replace the sound of traffic with rolling waves. Situated at the end of Surfers Parade, this resort style property has everything for the extended family, including pet, to relax and enjoy.
Choose to leave the car parked for a few days of total leisure or explore the beautiful South Coast. Within a 10 minute drive of both Port Elliot and Goolwa's cafes, restaurants and attractions there is plenty to see and do nearby.
The Space:
With a downstairs rumpus room including table tennis, upstairs television room and open plan living area everyone has their own space to relax indoors. While outdoors the tennis court and lawned area are perfect for games. Within metres of the beach for surfing or swimming.
Mountain bikes and helmets are for your use to explore the Encounter Bikeway which runs from the front of the house along the coast to Victor Harbor or Goolwa.
Downstairs:
A large rumpus room plus a separate television room with sofa bed. The main bathroom with bath, laundry and two bedrooms , 1 x Queen, 1 x 2 Bunks.
Upstairs:
Open plan dining and living area with plush comfortable couches. Walk out to a full length balcony with plenty of outdoor furniture and BBQ, capturing the views and fresh sea air. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher & coffee pod machine to cater for everyone. Two King bedrooms, one Queen and a shared bathroom.
Mezzanine:
The perfect reading nook or family space for board games / jigsaws. This home is a perfect retreat even in the cooler months.
Ducted airconditioning throughout and WIFI is provided.
