We love staying here. It is convenient and comfortable.

The iron fell off the wall in the closet. Was not securely attached. Very nice property and room layout. Very expensive.

This hotel is brand new and very nice. It’s right off a main road which I wouldn’t say is a con but it’s something to be aware of. We stayed in a room right above the carport on the 3rd floor. Nice but I specifically asked for a courtyard view and to be away from the road which was not given. We were only there one night so I didn’t ask to be changed. However, the room was pretty noisy due to the road and the cars driving by. So if your a light sleeper asked to have a courtyard view as there is a river behind the hotel with beautiful trees and is much more quiet. Also there were motorcycles parked right at the entrance to the building that literally shook the walls when they started. Very disrupting, not the hotels fault but maybe there should be a policy to not park underneath the carport. One more thing is they don’t have many pictures of the hotel so hopefully they can add some but I trusted the hotel name and it did not disappoint. Other than that the hotel is wonderful, great staff, great breakfast, lovely clean rooms with kitchenettes, easy access, swimming pool, fire pits, bbq’s, and a relaxing view in the back of the place. I will definitely stay here again just would like a west facing room.

The hotel itself was very nice. It was clean and beautiful and the room was comfortable with everything we needed. We arrived late after a long day of traveling and were looking forward to a nice sleep. Unfortunately, that's not what happened because at 9AM the next morning the hotel maid was outside our door having an extremely LOUD conversation where she was yelling responses at someone with the clear intent to wake us up, which she did.
When I took my dogs out a few minutes later to go to the bathroom, she yelled when I was halfway down the hall (after she'd seen me put the privacy sign on the door) to ask if we were checking out. It was extremely unprofessional and rude. We paid $300 for this room and checkout wasn't until noon but she was trying to clear the floor with no regard for the guests whatsoever.
I've worked in hotels (and cleaned them before) and we were never allowed to pester guests like this to try to get them to leave earlier.
This experience on top of the $75 dog fee (which is the highest price I've ever paid anywhere) left a bad taste and I won't be going back, which is a shame because it was a nice hotel.

I had a family emergency a week before and needed to cancel. I emailed called and never got an answer if I can get a refund. But they did email me 2 days after I was supposed to stay there and say they are sorry but no refunds. I understand that if you can’t refund someone but at least let them know before the stay not 3 days after. This hotel really needs some management help form what I can see.

Booked this hotel for a night for $450 thinking that it’s a new hotel and will be nice and clean. First- parking is limited. There is overflow parking but it gets sketchier as it gets darker and farther away. Second- the halls smell like a nursing home. The room could have been cleaner, and my husband ended up using a dirty towel that smelt like BO.
