For insurance purposes camper can only be towed by the person who makes the reservation or added driver. No one else will be allowed to tow the camper. Please allow time to do a walkthrough to note the condition of the camper before starting the reservation and after it is completed. This step is mandatory to protect all parties involved in the event something happens. No smoking allowed inside. Please do not throw paper towels down the toilet. Ensure you have the appropriate vehicle with the weight capacity to tow the camper. Otherwise inquire about delivery or booking will be denied. Delivery is offered upon our availability please ask before booking. We don’t charge a prep fee but please return the camper the way you found it. All dishes, cookware and kitchen must be cleaned and counters and table wiped down before returning. Also, please throw the trash out. $150 cleaning fee will be charged from the deposit if items mentioned above are not completed. All tanks must be empty before returning the trailer. Otherwise there will be $150 charge from the deposit if we have to empty them. Please adhere to pick up and drop off times unless there’s an agreement between host and renter. We allow 2 pets only. Please choose the pet add on fee if bringing a pet. If this option is not chosen and there is evidence of a pet inside the camper there will be an automatic $150 charge.
