About this apartment rental
Set on a quiet tree-lined street in bustling Bushwick, this cozy/artistic apartment is the perfect place to relax, work, and live while staying in Brooklyn. If you’re a fan of late-night pizza, vintage shopping, and surprise warehouse art shows, Bushwick is for you. And best of all, some of the neighborhood's hottest attractions are just a short walk from this stylish 2-bedroom.
P.S. for those worried about the new rules in NYC, this is a legal Airbnb.
Roll out of bed and turn on the coffee maker. Then, sit at the kitchen’s breakfast table and chat about what exciting new spots you want to check out today in Bushwick. There are plenty of places nearby to grab a quick breakfast, or you could whip something up in the fully stocked kitchen. It’s small but mighty and has everything you’ll need to make delicious meals at home. It’s even got a dishwasher!
Moving out of the kitchen, you’ll find the dining area with space for 4. Decorated to impress, this eclectic collection of marble, contemporary furnishings, and colorful art shows off the artistic pride of the neighborhood. Beyond the dining area, you’ll find the ultimate chill zone, complete with an extra-plush sofa, perfect for nights in with a good movie or two.
After a long day of walking the bustling streets in Bushwick, slide into the primary’s cozy queen bed, maybe throw on the TV, and rejuvenate for another day. If you’re working, there’s a small desk beside the bed. The second bedroom features a pair of XL twin beds and a wall-mounted TV. And the apartment has a full bathroom with a shower.
Our home is yours! We've tucked away our personal items, so the house really feels like a brand new space. We ask that you please do not enter locked areas.
Things to Note:
- Please note that this apartment is priced as a furnished monthly rental. It is not a serviced rental. While we will continue to care for any maintenance needs that are typical of maintaining the property, you will be responsible for ongoing basic maintenance such as changing lightbulbs or batteries that burned out throughout the course of your stay, tightening screws that may come loose, etc. In addition to this, we may ask you to help us troubleshoot by flipping a circuit breaker, sending photos, or other small tasks. We may also need you to coordinate access if something larger is needed where we need to send a specialist such as a plumber or electrician.
- Additionally, renters insurance is not only highly recommended, but actually required by my building (and therefore of your stay). I recommend Lemonade, which offers insurance for as little as $5/month. Renters insurance covers both you and the home in case of accidents, acts of God, etc. So if unseen fire, flooding, etc., the insurance will actually pay to re-home you and for any personal damage or losses.
- Unfortunately, my cleaners do not offer to restock cooking items. I have a fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans, etc. but do not offer oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. That said, there are stores just a couple minutes away which sell these items.
- Please also note that a starter pack of toiletries and paper goods is included but may not be enough for the duration of your stay. If needed, additional items can be purchased at the nearby store.
- Last, for 30+ night stays, a bi-weekly clean will be added to your stay. This is an additional $200 every 2 weeks and includes a full cleaning and a fresh change of linens.
