Esta céntrico y cerca de todo

Las indicaciones para llegar son complejas y no conseguimos contactar con el personal del aparta hotel. Aunque el espacio pone que es para doce personas no caben mas de 6 si se quiere tener una estancia medio comoda

Mala relación calidad precio

El alojamiento esta muy céntrico.

El mini apartamento no esta como en las fotos, esta muy deteriorado, lleno de golpes, cosas pegadas con cinta aislante… encima de ser carísimo te piden el numero de tarjeta por los desperfectos que puedas ocasionar (que tal y como esta el piso no se que puedes hacer) y un extra de dinero por llevar mascota. El bloque de apartamentos es turístico y se llena de despedidas de soltero con muchísimo ruido, por lo que no lo recomiendo si vas en familia.

Estancia perfecta. El apartamento está en pleno centro y tiene todas las comodidades. Alberto es muy cercano y se preocupó de hacer la estancia aún mejor.

Apartamento justito en todos los sentidos…

Ubicación excelente.

Limpieza justa, habían pelos en las sábanas. El sofá cama la mitad era muy duro y, la otra mitad, te hundías y, además, si eres un poco alto, ya te sobresalen los pies. Las paredes no son insonorizadas y se oye todo lo que ocurre en los apartamentos de al lado. No hay secador. La tapadera del wc estaba rota, nos dijeron que vendrían a arreglarla y no vino nadie.

would stay at this place again, in a heart beat. loved it and the host was super nice!

the location was fantastic and the ability to get in without having to meet someone, made things so easy. there was very safe parking (paid parking) on the premises.

Nit picky, but.... the place did not have a wine bottle opener or a spatula. i'm not sure if they have air conditioning in there, because we were there in September and did not need it. we were on the 3rd floor. we left the windows open and they provided a fan. we needed the fan, or else it would have been a bit warm. it was very comfortable for us. If you are visiting during a hot summer, maybe find out if there is air con.

Not bad but not great either!

The location was great. The host was great and he texted all the information we needed to collect the keys, and everything was so easy. The internet worked perfectly.

When we arrived the apartment was clean but we stayed for 8 nights and to clean the apartment during those days it was extra fee. We did not have any cleaning supplies to clean by ourselves, because staying that long you need to clean. We also had to buy garbage bags and toilet papers because we had only 2 of them. For my opinion if you stay that long in one apartment at least one cleaning should be included in the price. Also it would be good to have oven.

Was enough for a one-night transit stay, but wouldn't stay there again.

Very good location, convenient parking on-site (advance reservation required though), easiness of key pick-up, easy check-out.

I explicitly booked an apartment for 2 adults + 3 kids, but there were insufficient beds in the apartment for the whole family. They send you the note that "if they see you used more beds than you reserved they will charge you extra" - how on earth are they determining that? if I put mu luggage on the bed and make it a mess will they assume I had an extra person sleeping there? The apartment is relatively small and it an air conditioning, or at least a decent fan would be really useful. It was hot July outside, but the heat inside was unbearable.

Great location, quiet and good customer care

The customer care was always excellent. The rest of the apartment was really clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet, to be in such a good location.

The bed linen in the apartment we'd booked did not look spotless, so we were relocated twice in a bigger apartment.

Really well worth it.

The flat was central and close to all the tourist attractions. The location was perfect. The flat was clean, and the beds were perfect for the five of us. The flat had the necessities for a family, so all in all a perfect stay.

The parking arrangement was unusual and there were a lot of codes to remember, as there was a code for the foyer safety box, then the entrance and more and more. The information box protective glass on the door is broken and there are decorative panels near the kitchen table is missing. Still, a great place to stay.
