About this house rental
Welcome to this charming new wooden house, ideally located just 150 metres from the Aber Wrach. This spacious house can accommodate up to 8 people and is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility, offering comfortable accommodation for all.
On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming entrance leading to a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a bright living room. You can relax in front of the TV or enjoy the view of the Aber Wrach from the living room. A modern bathroom with a large Italian shower, a large bedroom with a 140X190 bed, and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer complete this floor.
Upstairs, a TV lounge offers a beautiful view of the estuary, while a bedroom with a 140X190 bed and two bedrooms with two 80X200 beds that can be joined offer comfortable accommodation for the rest of your group. You will also find a separate toilet and a bathroom with an Italian shower.
The house is fully adapted for wheelchair users, with access from the car park without a step, doors of appropriate width, and accessible sanitary facilities throughout the ground floor.
You can also enjoy a large wooden terrace accessible from the ground floor to enjoy the sunshine and summer warmth for a quiet aperitif or dinner.
Located at the level of the port of Aber-Wrach, the house offers easy access to local entertainment. Please note that the evenings at the port can be lively and the house is not suitable for those seeking absolute calm, as there is a bar located below the road.

High-quality bed and bath linen (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), a welcome basket of 100% local products, and a digital welcome booklet explaining the workings of the house and advising you on activities and tourist attractions to visit!
In less than 30 minutes, you can discover the most touristy places in the Pays des Abers and the Pays d\'Iroise: go and discover the islands of Ouessant or Molène from the pretty lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet (departure also possible from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk on the wild coast or discover the lighthouse of the Ile Vierge, visit the Pointe Saint Matthieu, the Château de Kergroadès, or the Musée de la Marine in Brest.
