Located only 7 miles from downtown Seattle, we are a great central location to many of the major Seattle hospitals and healthcare facilities as well as University of Washington. Commuting is a breeze with the Northgate Light Rail station only 1 mile away and Rapid Ride Bus line a 5 minute walk. Link Light Rail provides quick trips to University of Washington, downtown, Lumen Field, T-Mobile Park and the Seattle-Tacoma Airport. Sea-Tac is 15-20 minutes by car and 45 minutes by Light Rail with a mere cost of $3.50 and trains that run every 8 minutes.


Before booking, please review the house rules to ensure this home meets your needs. We have a shared yard for recreation & relaxation, dogs, and children. Additional pet policies apply and proof of vaccination/flea & tick protection will be required prior to stay.

This unit at Thornton Creek is our usual 3 bedroom with one bedroom locked off, allowing more people affordability. The third bedroom is locked and unusable with this listing. Thornton Creek lower unit is wheelchair accessible and we have provided a wheelchair ramp, shower chair/grab bar for any disabled visitors with advanced notice.

We are dedicated to offering a comfortable and natural environment for all our visitors. Please note that some of our bedding contains down feathers, and our decor includes natural and cowhide elements. Because we are a natural environment, animals such as squirrels, birds, and rodents are sometimes seen. We have professional, environmentally friendly, pest control services bi-monthly.

We support eco-friendly, sustainable, and environmentally-considerate purchases and practices wherever possible. We forgo single-use items such as Keurig coffee pods, we use Brita pitchers for filtered water, and recycle extensively.
