Nestled within the Emerald Coast, this quintessential beach town has everything guests need for a delightful vacation. Enjoy sun-drenched days cooling off in the saltwater pool, sipping drinks at the swim-up bar, or strolling to the beach—5 minutes away!
A serene interior of sea-inspired accents and white shiplap walls welcomes guests inside this 4-level abode. Prepare for laid-back competition in the game room, featuring a wet bar, 75” Smart TV, 5-person table, and a pool table. Out the sliding glass doors, an oversized private pool with deck seating, a swim-up bar, and a barbecue area with 2 outdoor tables seating 8 total encourages sun-fueled fun. When evening falls, retire to the guest bedroom with a king bed. Off the game room is a cozy sleeping area with 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds, which connects to the convenient laundry room.
Take the stairs or the in-home elevator to the open-concept great room boasting 12-foot ceilings and oak wood floors on the second level. The thoughtfully furnished living area has 2 leather couches and 2 armchairs flanking a 75” Smart TV for movie nights. Continue past the 10-person dining table to find an enormous gourmet kitchen with Miele appliances and an island that seats 3. Outside, a 6-person table and soft seating are on the spacious balcony. Sleeping accommodations on this floor include a luxurious primary bedroom with 1 king bed and a bunk room with 1 queen-over-queen bed and 2 twin-over-twin beds.
A second primary bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom awaits on the third level. Additionally, there are 3 guest bedrooms with king beds—the last has an extra twin-over-twin bunk bed.
