Nestled within the sought-after Ocean Drive avenue of the Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort in Barbados, Howzat! is a luxurious 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom villa offering stunning views of the 13th fairway and the western coastline. This villa provides Full Membership for convenient tee time bookings.
The main floor features two en suite twin bedrooms, a study, and two sitting areas, all leading out to the covered patio. An expansive fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, including an espresso machine and wine cooler, awaits cooking enthusiasts and entertainers alike.
On the upper level, the Master Suite and a guest en suite bedroom boast picturesque views of the sea and golf course. These bedrooms share an interconnecting walk-in closet and a shared patio, offering king beds and the option of ceiling fans or air conditioning.
The main patio hosts a covered outdoor dining area for up to 8 guests and an additional seating area perfect for relaxation. Adjacent to the main patio is the infinity edge pool deck with an outdoor shower.
A fully self-contained detached guest cottage, located off the pool deck, houses the remaining two twin en suite bedrooms. These bedrooms can be converted into king beds and offer a kitchenette, lounge area with Plasma TV and DVD player, and other essential amenities.
This can be rented as a 3, 4, 5 or 6 bedrooms.
