This spacious,1580 sq foot penthouse condo, has everything you need to make your next trip to Copper Mountain unforgettable! Ideal for large groups or family gatherings. Conveniently located in Center Village, it is a short walk to the American Eagle and American Flyer chairlifts, and to Copper’s restaurants, music events, and activities.

Enjoy the magnificent views of the ten mile range mountains, while hanging out with your guests, enjoying the ambience of the gas fireplace, or watching TV. The living room and dining room table each have seating for up to 8 people. The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for gatherings with family and friends.

The main bedroom that has a King Bed, and a XL Twin bunk bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen Bed with a private bathroom. The third bedroom has a Split King bed with a shared bathroom. This bed can be set up as a King or two separate XL twin beds for greater flexibility. The den has a XL twin bunk bed with a shared bathroom. All of the bedrooms also have NEW MATTRESSES.

All sleeping areas have a closet, dresser, desk, chair, TV, USB charging ports, 80” long beds, and lots of hooks to hang those wet ski clothes. The condo has a ski rack for 13 pairs of skis, and is conveniently located close to the elevators.

Village Square has a large indoor hot tub, sauna, laundry room, and garage parking for one vehicle. Any additional vehicles can park in the North Alpine Lot at the entrance of Copper Mountain for an additional charge in the winter, summer is free.

There is no smoking allowed in all properties. Pets are only allowed in designated "Pet Friendly" properties. An additional pet fee is required for each pet, with prior approval only. This is part of the reservation form with booking direct with for "Pet-Friendly" properties.

No parties larger than the maximum number of guests allowed in the rental at any time. As in your own home, renters are subject to citations for noise violations, etc. handed down by public officials. Remember you are staying as a guest in someone's home, where much investment has been made to make your stay enjoyable; please treat all private property with respect.
