Views, views, views! This Anaheim Hills home has the spectacular waterfront view of Walnut Canyon Reservoir, Oak Canyon Nature Center, and Anaheim Hills. The LA sunset view over the mountains is gorgeous. Less than half hour from Disneyland and the beaches, it is a gem with much to offer!
Spread about this spacious lot of 0.34 acres is a dazzling remodeled home at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. This home has 5 contemporary bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with an upgraded kitchen. Be swept into the tranquility of the master suite overlooking the waters with the special addition of a sauna and jetted tub for your leisure. A spacious balcony overlooks the reservoir with an unobstructed 180 degree view of the waterfront. Our cul-de-sac neighborhood is private, secluded and quiet. The city of Anaheim Hills is an affluent residential area with plenty of green space, including wooded Oak Canyon Nature Center, with kid-friendly trails, and Yorba Regional Park, popular for fishing, riverfront paths, and a duck pond. Cyclists ride dirt paths in Deer Canyon Park, and the Anaheim Hills Golf Course is known for its challenging fairway. Dining focuses on casual American fare, like burgers, barbecue, and craft beer. More variety of foods can be found at the nearby Anaheim Packing House.
Best to have a car to get around!

Turn off lights/fans/AC/pool and spa heater when not in use
Heating the spa takes about 2 hours and costs about $40/day with utilities.
Heating the pool takes about 2 days and costs $350-500/day with utilities.
If you stay for more than 30 days, we will cover your utilities up to $500/month. Any amount over $500 will be an extra charge after checkout. Please do your best to conserve water and electricity!
Keep doors and garage closed at all times so mice don't come inside. We do live in the hills!

No drugs / excessive alcohol consumption
No parties or events allowed. Social distancing is highly advised
No pets unless approved by owners in advance
Owners are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items
Owners are not responsible for any guest injuries, accidents or illnesses
Tenants who receive 2 complaints from neighbors or 1 police report will be asked to leave without refund and will be fined their security deposit.
