Welcome to Pelican Landing, a charming fully renovated Split Level 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom pool house located in the heart of Historical Downtown Stuart. This newly furnished home boasts 4 bedrooms comfortably sleeping up to 8 people. The 3 full bathrooms have been updated with gorgeous tile and trendy finishing touches. Comfort and convenience elements include a large fenced-in back yard framed by mature mango and oak trees. The updated landscape creates a very private space for the heated pool and spa. The elegant brick patio and pool deck are newly furnished including bar-top dining for 6. Enjoy seasonal Florida evenings on the patio overlooking the pool or build a fire in the beautiful outdoor brick fireplace.
This home has a spacious living room and family room to enjoy with friends and family. It also has 2 large bonus rooms for a little extra space. The bonus room upstairs is a quiet serene space perfect for reading or enjoying a movie without interruption. The downstairs bonus room is set up for puzzles, playing cards and board games. It is a nice room off to the side for children to play in as well. Regardless of your party size, you will find that this home offers many options for personal space.
Pelican Landing is situated less than a mile from downtown Stuart in the highly sought after and desirable neighborhood of Hildebrad Park.
