• Is my desired booking date available?
If the listing is visible, your date is open. We have a 0% cancellation rate and promise a full 100% refund if there is any rare event on our side that affect your stay.

• Pets allowed? Yes, we do allow pets. If you think we need to know more about your pets or have any special requests, please message us.

• How far is this home to a specific location?
Our home is located on L Avenue, National City, CA 91950. Please use G00gle Maps with our street name for distances to your desired location.

• Why doesn’t Vrbo allow me to book the home because of “potential party risk”?
Vrbo may block new accounts if they think you might throw a big party. The best way around this is to ask someone in your group with an older, more trusted, and more reviewed account to make the booking for you. If you have a big group (16+ people), you may try booking the house for a smaller group of people first, say 4-5 people, and then we’ll help you adjust the number of people later. This should increase your chances of getting the booking approved.

• Shared space or whole home?
The entire home is yours and you get complete private access. The entire home is just for you, your family, and friends.

• Safe neighborhood?
Our home is in a secure and peaceful area. We also ask guests to maintain the peace and safety of our community using common sense.

• Check-in procedure?
After your booking, Vrbo provides check-in guidelines three days before arrival. We use a self check-in method, with either a lockbox or keypad. You don’t need to meet us at all.

• Check-out process?
It's simple. Lock up and return the keys to their spot.

• Night-time check-in allowed?
Absolutely, after your booking, we will send you a code online for the lockbox so you can check in yourself at any time. You don’t need to meet us at all.

• Can I invite more guests?
Yes, just update your booking if they usually stay overnight.

Use G00gle or Apple Maps with our approximate street name for distances to your desired location. Our home is close to many things in San Diego.

• Parking details?
Designated parking is available. Details come with check-in info.

• Payment process for long stay?
With our home, you only need to pay the first month upfront. Subsequent payments are monthly.

• Do you allow events like birthdays? Yes, you're welcome to celebrate special occasions, provided you respect our home and the surrounding neighborhood.

• How’s the home cleaned?
We have professional cleaners and use natural cleaning products without any strong smell to maintain health safety and freshness when you walk into the home.

• Booking for someone else?
Yes, that's allowed.

• Extended stay discounts?
Prices listed already factor in discounts for longer stays. For specific requirements, contact us.

• Staying during home repairs?
Yes, share our Vrbo link with your insurance or relocation agent.

• Multilingual support?
We mainly communicate in English, but Vrbo translation tool helps us understand and reply in various languages.

• What is the typical response time for your team to address any issues that arise?
If any issues arise, our team will respond within 24 to 48 hours to address the situation promptly.

• When can I expect to receive the check-in instructions for my stay?
You can expect to receive the check-in instructions at around 12 PM (noon) on your check-in date.

• What are the noise restrictions in the neighborhood during my stay?
The neighborhood is peaceful, so please keep noise levels low. Gatherings should be held inside the house or in the yard, and we ask that you avoid loud music, talking loudly, or disturbing the neighbors.

• Is there a cleaning fee included in my reservation, or do I need to take extra care of the house during my stay?
