“Beachburgh” would like to welcome you to 180 degrees of sweeping ocean views on a scenic stretch of the Isle of Palms coastline that is home to jaw-dropping sunrises and sunsets.
With 3 levels, there is plenty of room for your family to spread out. The main floor, located on the second level, boasts an open concept living space with the Atlantic as the backdrop. The kitchen is elevated, so that it too can share the beach view with the living room and deck where you can watch surfers on the Grand Pavilion break or a dolphin playing along in the surf.
Prepare your favorite meals in the fully renovated kitchen featuring new stainless-steel appliances and perfectly equipped for preparing a gourmet meal or enjoying a causal family dinner. Outside, a BBQ gas grill is provided. The dining room has seating for twelve with two additional seats at the bar.
“Beachburgh” has a unique layout with 3 levels of living space. The first features an oceanfront master bedroom that is highlighted with a large deck, king bed and private bath. There are two additional bedrooms on this floor. One features a king bed, and the other is the kid’s bedroom (bunk beds). Each bedroom has a private bath.
The second (middle) level features the spacious living room, kitchen, dining room and deck each with breathtaking views. A bedroom with a king bed and private bath is located on the second level.
The large ocean view primary suite on the third level is breathtaking with a super comfy king-size bed with lie down views. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee watching the ocean come alive in the morning, or toast the sunset on your bedroom terrace, while watching the colors of the evening sky dance across the sea. Take a wonderful bath after a day on the beach in the renovated bathroom featuring a garden tub or rinse the sand away in the new spacious tile shower.
A second living area can be found on the top floor, which features a sleeper sofa, HDTV, a wet bar with refrigerator and card table for family games.

Parking:
Limited to four cars. Three cars can park in the garage, with one car in the driveway. There is no on-street parking in Wild Dunes.
Beach Chairs and Umbrella:
The Isle of Palms Beach Chair Company will provide your family two classic wooden beach chairs and an umbrella when you stay seven nights (March– October). These are set up on the beach each morning for your family and removed each night by the crew at IOP Beach Chair Company.
