About this apartment rental
One bedroom apartment on the doorstep of the city. Down a flat pathway, private and off the main street. Freshly renovated throughout, double glazed and insulated with a heat pump / air conditioner to warm and cool the space. The generous size (50m2) makes it perfect for longer stays or a quick getaway.
We aim to give our guests space, but are available to assist in a timely manner, if required.
Situated on the flat, two blocks from the University, Dunedin Public Hospital and city centre malls, restaurants, cafes and supermarket. Approximately 1.5km to Forsyth Barr Stadium, a 15 minute walk away.
The space is entirely your own, with no shared areas.
Stylish modern open plan kitchen, dining and living space with fantastic morning sun. Full kitchen includes oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher and microwave. Bathroom with generous sized shower, two shower heads, toilet and vanity. Separate bedroom with queen bed and wardrobe joinery providing great storage. Washer / dryer appliance in the kitchen with utilities cupboard housing Dyson vacuum, ironing board and iron. Medium sized carpark available across the road.
