The Space:
* Due to the recent storm, the pool and dock sustained some damage and will require additional time for repairs. However, the interior of the home is in excellent condition and fully prepared for use. We appreciate your understanding regarding the current circumstances.

Each bedroom has been furnished with your comforts in mind with plush mattresses, crisp linens, bedside tables, and ensuite bathrooms. Sweet dreams!

You’ll for sure want to check out the primary ensuite bathroom, which features a soaking tub, a shower with multiple showerheads, and dual vanities.

This backyard features an outdoor swimming pool, a 220-foot dock, and waterfront access. After, enjoy some time on the covered patio, which also features a wet bar for your convenience.

★ OTHER AMENITIES ★

Free parking is available to all guests in the 2-car garage or on the driveway. If additional parking is needed, vehicles can park on the neighborhood streets as well.

The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer and dryer should you need to refresh your clothing during your stay.


Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer.

*Heating the pool and spa is an extra feature and available upon request. $150 initial heating cost will apply + $60 per day to maintain pool temperature at all time. You also have the option to heat just the spa for $120 initial heating cost and $40 per day to maintain the temperature. Keep in mind the pool cannot be heated if the ambient temperature is below 50 degrees.

Guest Access:
Enjoy the comfort and convenience of self-check-in. One day prior to your arrival you will receive an email that walks you through the process and answers any last-minute concerns.
