About this house rental

This 2 bed/1 bath home is a breath of fresh air. A quick car ride or nice walk can get you to the foothills, Veterans Park and Sunset park. This newly renovated 1940's home has all the character and charm you could ever ask for.

Keyless entry for easy check-in and check-out. We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away.

The whole home is yours! There will be no access to the detached garage.

The entire home is available to registered guests; 2 bedroom, 1 bath, living room, kitchen, and dining area . Parking is available in the designated driveway for guests as well as plenty of street parking.

This home was built in the 1940’s but has had a complete remodel! You will find a shadowbox inside of the home that contains items that were found during the remodel.

The main room incudes a fully functional kitchen which includes oven, stove, microwave, cooking utensils, basic cooking supplies, a kitchen table with seating for 4 people, smart TV and sectional couch. The sectional couch also pulls out to an extra bed.

Enjoy watching all of your favorite tv shows, movies or sports on the smart TV.

The first room has a comfortable queen bed, and lounge chair.

The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. There is also a dedicated workspace with a desk and comfortable office chair.

The house provides coffee, a refrigerator and freezer, baking and cooking items, board games and cards, towels, clean sheets and comforters, washer and dryer to keep up with cleaning needs, blow dryer, iron and much much more!

Please note that for stays exceeding 29 nights, Idaho law requires that we must obtain a lease from you before hosting your stay.

Our company policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout. Please keep these policies in mind if booking a long term stay.

Any unauthorized pet will be charged $250.

A late checkout fee of $30 will be charged after 15 minutes late. An additional $30 will be charged every 30 minute increment after that.

There is no cable TV, but there are many apps that can be logged into.
