This townhouse boasts a range of luxury amenities to enhance your stay, including an open floor plan with a gourmet, fully equipped kitchen, featuring Viking appliances, a full-sized LG washer and dryer and free WiFi. Boasting two Master Bedrooms,
on the first floor and second floor, each bathroom is appointed with a double sink vanity and makeup mirror. Other amenities include 2 HVAC zones, one for each floor, a water softener, large closets, and a front porch seating area. Whether you're relaxing in the living room next to the fireplace, enjoying the lake, mountain, or ski views, or exploring the nearby attractions, this home provides the perfect base for your getaway.

Things to Know:
• This home is located 12 miles from the private Heber Valley Airport and 42 miles from the Salt Lake City Airport (there are NO stop lights on your drive to/from the SLC Airport)
• There is parking for 1 vehicle in the garage and 2 on the driveway
• There is a boot dryer in the garage for a single pair of boots, hidden by the cabinetry.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
